Congregational Health Ministry

Inner City Health Ministry acquired Congregational Health Ministry as a wholly-owned subsidiary on July 1, 2006.

Congregational Health Ministry (CHM) started 12 years ago with vision to introduce and sustain congregation-based health services to uninsured and underserved populations who lack access to primary health care. CHM is composed of churches, health care providers and community agencies. The program provides participating churches health education programs and information, church and community health screenings, and resources and referrals into area health care facilities.

Through Congregational Health Ministry, Inner City Health Center offers the only program in the Denver metro area that is in the community, effectively screening and educating individuals and families and putting them in touch with them good health care resources.
