The Dental Programs of Inner City Health Center strive to increase access to direct oral health services, and practice prevention strategies with a goal of more positive health outcomes.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive oral health care. We stress the importance of regular care and emphasize improving oral hygiene and overall oral health. Routine dental care includes cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and extractions. Dental education classes provide patients the knowledge to help them protect their teeth from future disease and decay.
Inner City Health Center is one of the only safety-net providers of primary comprehensive oral health care in the metro Denver area that serves the whole family; and the only dental clinics serving the low income and uninsured that do not have population restrictions. There are no residential boundaries or restrictions. ICHC is also the only private (non-government supported) dental program in the Denver metro area that offers crown and bridge work on a sliding-fee scale to uninsured and low-income individuals. To encourage adults to practice preventive care and enable them to receive restorative procedures, Inner City Health Center’s Dental Programs provide services on a sliding-fee scale.
