How to Become an ICHC
Patient
Inner City Health Center does not provide
free care. Our uninsured pay on a sliding fee scale
basis, based on the income and number of people residing
in a household. Qualification for the sliding fee scale
requires:
- Proof of income
- Photo identification
- Confirmation of street address
- Each person should be prepared to pay for care
received at the time of service. We also accept Medicare,
Medicaid, Colorado Access and CHP+.
- There are no geographical restrictions for patients
at Inner City Health Center. We welcome
the uninsured from throughout the Denver metro area
and beyond.

clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
(Tuesdays we open at 9 a.m.)
Dental care is available at either of our two dental
clinics. On the east side of the city, contact Inner
City Dental at (303) 296-4873. For our west side location,
call New Hope Dental Services at (720) 956-0310.
