How to Become an ICHC Patient

Inner City Health Center does not provide free care. Our uninsured pay on a sliding fee scale basis, based on the income and number of people residing in a household. Qualification for the sliding fee scale requires:

• Proof of income
• Photo identification
• Confirmation of street address
• Each person should be prepared to pay for care received at the time of service. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Colorado Access and CHP+.
• There are no geographical restrictions for patients at Inner City Health Center. We welcome the uninsured from throughout the Denver metro area and beyond.
