RUN WITH INNER CITY HEALTH CENTER!!
Inner City Health Center is excited to be a Charity Partner at the Kaiser Permanente Colfax Marathon on May 19-20, 2012! This program is designed to help non-profits gain exposure and fundraise, with 100% of money raised by runners going directly to the non-profit of their choice. Runners and walkers representing Inner City Health are participating not only for their health, but to support a cause they believe in. As you are aware, ICHC is a medical and dental clinic for the underserved. Driven by a calling and desire to provide people with access to affordable health care, we go to work every day to help those who are most often forgotten about in society. Pregnant women come to Inner City Health when they are scared and have nowhere else to turn. Mothers bring in their sick children where they can receive antibiotics. Parents come to ICHC so they do not have to decide between paying for their health care or for their groceries. These individuals are so grateful to have a place to turn when everywhere else seems to have closed their doors.
Our goal is to enlist 50 runners or walkers to represent Inner City Health with each one raising $200 through sponsors and pledges for a total raised of $10,000. It is as simple as asking 10 friends to donate $20. If running or walking is just not your thing, other opportunities are available. We need volunteers to represent ICHC at our table on both the 19th and 20th. We also need to spread the word about this opportunity. Please tell your friends, families, companies, neighbors, the runners you drive by at 6 a.m. on your way to work, and anyone else who might be interested in running for a great cause. If all of these options seem overwhelming and making a simple donation works for you, we would truly appreciate your support. Your generous contribution of time or financial assistance will mean so much to so many!

The Adult Medical Department is currently only accepting 15 new patients per week, starting on Monday mornings. For information on how to become a new patient, go to the "How to Become a Patient" option on the left hand side of the screen. Be sure to call (303) 296-1767 to make sure that slots are still available or to receive answers to any questions you may have.
Emergency Walk-In Dental Clinic now available for $60! This includes a limited care exam, x-ray, and treatment of one tooth. Walk in hours: 7-4 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; 9-4 Tuesday. Patients will be seen on a space available basis.
Please note that if a second appointment is necessary, additional fees will apply.
